Fatima DZUSOVA – Age 26, Russia
Fatima Dzusova was born and grew up in the small town Taganrog (Russia). She started piano studies at the age of five. At nine she won her first competition.
From 2002 Fatima continued her studies at the Moscow Gnesin Music School with Vladimir Tropp, Nana Nemsicveridze and Marianna Shalitaeva.
Fatima Dzusova received graduate degree from the Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory with professor Natalia Trull. And at the present she is a post-graduate student.
Fatima Dzusova received Second Prize and the Publik awards at the 5th International Piano Competition “Franz Liszt Prize” in Grottammare, Italy,2010. She got the Second Prize at the “Andre Dumortier Competition” in Leuze-en-Hainaut,Belgium in 2012.
Most recently Fatima Dzusova won the First Prize of the “Iturbi piano competition” in Valencia, Spain in September 2017, where she perfomed the Second Brahms Piano concerto at the final round.
The first CD will be released in spring 2018 with Iturbi Piano competition.
Future engagements include concertos with Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana, recitals in Spain, Germany and also in Russia.
Fatima Dzusova is a real concert pianist with a strong stage presence, she plays a lot for publik and always finds her ways of direct communication with the audience.
